Lead React Developer San Leandro, CA Long term H1-B only Onsite from day one.. Face to Face Interview We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance web applications using React.js. They will play a key role in driving our front-end architecture, building reusable components and libraries for future use, and optimizing our applications for maximum speed and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of React developers in the creation of high-quality web applications. Design and implement robust front-end solutions using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Develop and maintain a well-structured front-end architecture, along with the APIs to support it. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. Establish and enforce front-end development best practices and standards. Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and integrate them into operations and activities where beneficial. Conduct code reviews, improve and maintain code quality, and handle complex technical issues related to front-end development. Coordinate with back-end developers to ensure that the web applications are well-integrated and fully functional. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a React Developer with a strong portfolio of projects. Expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, along with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript (ES6+). Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js). Experience with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with TypeScript. Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks. Contributions to open-source projects. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
