Deep EAM implementation expertise through various phases for complex implementations8+ years of experience implementing the Maximo product in a transportation or Operational-heavy industry.Deep and varied Maximo integration experience (developing, supporting, documenting, leading development teams) with other applications SAP, Timekeeping applications, Labor Management application, IoT and advance analytics. Extensive experience programming and/or systems analysis experience. Have a broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.Extensive experience in design, development and operation of internet scale web applications leveraging IaaS / PaaS / SaaS delivery models.Experience in API Engineering for both REST and SOAP based services.Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture tenets, and N tier architecture deployments models when it comes to deploying against cloud-based platforms.Excellent organization, analytical & communication skills Must have leadership skills, experience/in-depth knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes including ability to measure short- and long-term business goals.Must possess the ability to utilize adaptable communication skills to effectively translate between technical and business language. Ability to identify, propose and oversee the execution of business solutions as well as interpret documents communicating business needs and requirements.
