Data Integration: Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement efficient data integration solutions. Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum throughput. Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process, implementing data validation and cleansing routines. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing of ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-production support. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and contribute to database design decisions. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in ETL development, with a strong focus on Informatica tools.
