You will be responsible for enhancing, modifying, and troubleshooting existing pension processes, implementing new processes, and ensuring compliance with security technologies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Pension Process Management: Enhance, modify, and troubleshoot existing pension processes to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance. Regulatory Compliance: Implement and support customizations to comply with pension legislation, regulatory requirements, and collective bargaining agreements. Data Migration: Migrate legacy data to a centralized and highly customized PeopleSoft pension administration system. Pension Rule Configuration: Configure pension rules, including eligibility, participation, consolidation, vesting, benefit formulas, and optional forms. Bolt-on Application Support: Support various bolt-on applications, such as pension loans administration systems.
