Genesys contact center application support during Server patching and database activity. Creating Route Point, DNs, ACD ID, Persons, VQ, GQ, etc. in CME. Analyzing T-Server / SIP Server logs for troubleshooting, URS logs for the call flow and troubleshooting. Loading and Releasing Strategy from the Route Point as per the Change Request.
