Suggest customers with best in class design choices Translation the requirements to the Technical Architecture and design Architecture and design the Target System and Target State Design the Ideal approach for implementation of the Target System. Analysis and Effort Estimation for change requests, if any. Translate business requirements into systems qualities and then into design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g. adaptability, scalability, availability, reusability, etc.). Defines the IT design methodology, development process methodology and best practices.
