Job Title- Product Manager Mobile Apps Location- San Jose, CA (5-Days Onsite) Long Term Contract Need only H1 and H4 with passport no Job Description/ Responsibilities Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the development and enhancement of Android & iOS apps, collaborating with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Utilize Google Analytics, and other mobile app analytics tools to monitor user behavior, app performance, and key metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, churn). Leverage app analytics data to inform product decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the user experience. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to gather user feedback through surveys, A/B testing, and usability studies, ensuring continuous app improvement based on user needs. Work with stakeholders to prioritize new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, balancing user needs with business goals. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that mobile app campaigns are aligned with product goals and track their performance using app analytics. Manage product releases, ensuring all new features and updates are delivered on time and with high quality. Required Skills: 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically working with mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms. Deep experience with Google Analytics, or other mobile app analytics platforms for tracking app performance and user behavior. Ability to interpret and analyze app analytics data to make informed product decisions and optimize user experiences. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, with the ability to work closely with design teams to create intuitive, user-friendly mobile apps. Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment, managing product backlogs, and leading sprint planning. Familiarity with the processes of publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including App Store Optimization (ASO).
