Maintain architectural standards and best practices. Analyze business drivers and design enterprise systems. Guide development teams in making informed architectural choices. Collaborate with enterprise architecture to define standards and evaluate products. Lead implementation solutions across groups or specific applications. Provide consulting support to application architects. Monitor solution portfolio for deficiencies. Understand technology trends and their applications. Analyze business-IT environment and recommend solutions. Analyze industry trends and their impact on the enterprise. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering. 10+ years of experience as a solutions or application architect in the financial/banking sector. Knowledge of cloud architecture, enterprise architecture frameworks, and emerging technologies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Relevant certifications. In-depth knowledge of integration patterns and web service design. Understanding of SAFe and LPM processes. Experience with cloud technologies. Motivation to achieve long-term business outcomes. Intellectual curiosity and integrity. Experience with EA tools. Experience with AI and ML (advantageous). Additional Notes: Strong understanding of business processes and technology solutions within the financial/banking industry. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Focus on continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends. Experience with specific automation and BPM platforms (ServiceNow FSO, PowerAutomate) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
