Role: Power PlatformDeveloper Location: Houston,TX|| Hybrid Experience: 10 Years & Above Duration: 6-12 Months Key Responsibilities: Power Apps Development: Design, build, and enhance custom apps (both canvas and model-driven) within Power Apps, based on business requirements. Power Automate Workflows: Create, automate, and optimize workflows using Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes. Power BI Integration: Design and implement Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that provide actionable insights into business performance. Custom Development: Extend the capabilities of the Power Platform by developing custom connectors, plugins, and components using JavaScript, C#, and PowerFX. Data Management: Manage and manipulate data within Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and other data sources to ensure accuracy and availability. Business Process Automation: Design and automate business processes and approval workflows, integrating multiple platforms and services. Collaboration & Consulting: Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet business needs. Testing & Troubleshooting: Test, debug, and resolve issues in Power Platform applications and workflows to ensure stability and optimal performance. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, design specs, user guides, and best practices. Governance & Security: Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, data security policies, and compliance standards. Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers and guide teams in implementing Power Platform best practices and coding standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 10 years of experience in IT/software development, with at least 4+ years specializing in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse). Power Platform Expertise: Strong expertise in Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse. Integration Experience: Proficiency in integrating Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure, and other third-party data sources. Development Skills: Solid experience in PowerFX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# for extending Power Platform capabilities. API & Custom Connectors: Experience with developing custom APIs and connectors to integrate external systems with Power Platform solutions. Database Management: Proficiency in working with relational databases, including SQL Server, Dataverse, and Excel. Agile Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies to manage project lifecycle efficiently. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems with innovative, automated solutions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or related certifications (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Power BI Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX queries, report development, and dashboard creation. Azure Integration: Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and AI Builder. Governance & Security: Experience implementing Power Platform governance, environment management, and data security best practices. Automation & AI: Experience with AI Builder, RPA, and advanced workflow automation techniques.
