| Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Location: Madison, WI (Long Term) Job Type: Contract Remote/On-site: 100% Remote (First day on-site for onboarding/equipment pickup) Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in the following: Maintaining vendor-managed software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations. Communicating software configurations with both external and internal stakeholders. Collaborating with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations. Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues by engaging with users. Knowledge of EHR / EMR Systems . Experience implementing and integrating new analytics and reporting platforms for healthcare. Knowledge of Business Objects Reporting Solutions . Cerner Exp Required Nice to Have Skills: Experience with SQL, PL SQL, and CCL code writing. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), running regression tests, and optimizing test cases. Knowledge of workflows related to Scheduling and Registration, HIM, Provider, Pharmacy, Lab, and Nursing. Experience documenting business requirements for reporting in a HIPAA-regulated environment. Familiarity with JIRA for project and issue tracking. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience maintaining vendor-managed software and communicating configurations to stakeholders. Strong experience working with external stakeholders to drive process improvements and troubleshoot issues. Familiarity with EHR / EMR systems and integrating analytics and reporting platforms.
