| Hi, Role: Project Manager Location Burbank, CA Client: Bernard Nickels & Associates / Disney CA Locals only Basic Qualifications 3 to 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, utilizing waterfall and agile methodology 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams to meet expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in managing technical operations teams (i.e., infrastructure engineers, software developers) Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively Excellent meeting facilitation skills and effective team player Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira Strong ability to develop and present business cases via PowerPoint or Keynote Strong written and oral communications skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to create workflow drawings and process maps utilizing Visio Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a Content Production environment Previous experience working in product management or delivering products and applications PMP certification a plus Certified Scrum master a plus Must haves: Strong Project Management experience with analytics, resource management Tools used: Smart Sheets, Jira, Power BI, Cloud based management tools Scrum master background experience working with product owners and setting priorities with features. IN need of an individual that is adaptable, must be able to manage multiple hats and be customer focused. Strong customer and executive presence.
