Ability to quickly understand requirements, design solutions and configure. Experience in working at least for 2 to 3 GTM implementation projects. Configuration skills on OTM/GTM modules like Customs (Export / Import Declaration filing), Trade Incentive Programs (Duty Drawback, Bonded Warehouse etc.,), Trade Agreements, Transaction Screening, Restricted Party & Sanction Screening, Product Classification screening, License Management, and other modules. Strong trouble shooting/ debugging skills on all GTM related issues. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all management levels and end user levels Strong experience working with Business and IT teams. Ready to work in Onsite & Offshore project model. Expert knowledge on configuring automation agents including saved queries/conditions, attribute rules, complex expressions, and various agent actions. Experience with GTM design and configuration master data like Items, Parties, Product Classification, Compliance Rules, screen sets, stylesheets, external system, user configuration, any customizations etc. Expert knowledge on integrating GTM with ERP, Carrier and other external products. Expert knowledge with GTM data dictionary and relationship between various objects. Hands-on experience of SQL/PLSQL. Experience in developing BI or any other reports.
