Significant exposure to managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Extensive experience with AWS cloud services Experience with Helm and/or ArgoCD. Candidates must come out of highly regulated or high-secure environment. What companies, what was the environment like and what did the candidate do The focus of this role is development of Platform Infrastructure and corresponding data services. Must have significant exposure to managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Client operates in an AWS environment so its critical that resources have high functional capability in this space. Only considering candidates who possess strong technical skills in Kubernetes; also highly prefer prior experience with Helm and/or ArgoCD. As a Senior Platform Engineer, youll be on a team building a secure, compliant SaaS platform for Federal government-led construction projects. This will involve building cloud infrastructure and deploying cloud-native applications and services in a dedicated environment that meets all controls for, and is authorized for use at, the FedRAMP Moderate level. Responsibilities: What youll do: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to define, build, and document the cloud compute, storage, and network resources needed to run our SaaS platform in an AWS Govcloud region. Continually ensure our processes and results comply with the FedRAMP Moderate level of controls. Deploy and configure business-critical platform services for networking, secrets, observability, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Build and support CI/CD systems for rapidly deploying cloud infrastructure in a highly secure environment. Engineer resilient systems that support 24x365 uptime at a 99.95% availability level.
