This individual must also have strong consultative and communication skills. Significant experience with transformations from traditional operational methodologies to Cloud environments Strong hands-on experience with modern application architecture skills and designing solutions in and migrations to cloud-native environment including containers, Azure services, microservices, Kubernetes etc. Experience with Agile development practices Strong hands-on C#/.Net/.Net core software development background in an enterprise environment Previous experience creating proof of concepts from scratch based on requirements/application infrastructure to propose, create, and implement solutions Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability and strong Application performance insights/skills Experience in working/leading onsite/offsite team, and some task planning activities. Experience and practical use of Agile/Scrum practices and tools.
