The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, with a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to align technology with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP FICO solutions to meet complex business requirements. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the system. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Customization: Oversee the customization and configuration of SAP FICO modules, ensuring they align with business needs and compliance requirements. Performance Optimization: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency. Documentation: Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and process flows. Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate and support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Change Management: Support change management initiatives by providing training and support to end-users and project teams.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of [X years] of experience in SAP FICO with a strong background in architecture and solution design. SAP Certification: Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate in FICO. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AA, etc.) and a solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, driving successful project outcomes. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills: Experience with financial regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools within SAP. Knowledge of industry best practices in finance and accounting.
