| Hi One of our direct clients is seeking a "Senior Backend Developer" for a Remote role . Below is the detailed job description. Role - Python/ Senior Backend Developer Location - Remote Hire type - Contract Must Have skills - Python , Nodejs , AWS Job Description: As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs. You will work closely with front- end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS will play a key role in ensuring our systems are robust and performant. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js. Collaborate with front- end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug applications, and proactively identify and resolve issues. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in backend development. Requirements: Proven experience as a Backend Developer with a strong understanding of Python and Node.js. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS. Experience in Large Scale System Design, API GW, Throttling/Failures/Retry Strategies, Serverless, Lambda, Semantic Cache Management. Knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. Experience in Agile methodologies.
