Mandatory Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Job Summary : The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation, including system integrations, custom development, and platform administration. This role requires advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture. Key Responsibilities : Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations Develop custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows Configure and maintain ServiceNow instances across development, test, and production environments Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems Optimize ServiceNow performance and troubleshoot technical issues Implement security controls and manage user access within ServiceNow Develop technical documentation for custom solutions and integrations Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the AIM team on ServiceNow best practices Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards Support data migration activities and develop data import/export solutions Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in software development or technical consulting 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services (REST/SOAP) Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Consultant Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) Experience with Agile development methodologies Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) concepts Thanks and Regards Ramya Sri https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramya-sri-66152a23b/ Email: [email protected] Web: www.canopyone.com -- Keywords: user interface information technology Georgia Idaho ServiceNow Technical Consultant in Atlanta, GA Onsite [email protected] |
