| Email from Technix LLC Direct client position Position: UX/UI Designer Duration: 12 Months Location: Montana (Hybrid) This is a Staffing requirement with Deliverables: Scope of Work: The scope of this project includes enhancements to existing applications, or new development of applications. Work may include designing, user testing, and prototyping. Designed must produce materials for our customers and developers, including user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and style guides. Designer will work closely with stakeholders within TSD and the Communication and Education Division, including the agencys web content curator. The agency requires a robust user experience, including defining customer needs, task analysis, persona creation, storyboarding, user flow creation, and wireframing. Designer will leverage modern UX principles including website usability and standards conforming to ADA/Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, and the FWP Brand Book. The following list is in an initial priority order. However, priorities will be assessed regularly, per use of an Agile development methodology, which will line out specific deliverables for each period throughout the term of this contract. This approach will help ensure the highest priority/highest value work is accomplished first. The objective of this effort is to create a positive experience for our customers that access our services through our public website, My FWP web portal, the online licensing system (OLS), and through our My FWP mobile app. The UX/UI Designer will bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. Following is an initial list of work objectives : Application Design Work to be identified and prioritized by the FWP Project Manager Work will be assigned to the contractor through GitLab tickets. Deliverables: UX Research Reports for Explore MT (updated version of My FWP and OLS) Personas for Explore MT (XMT) Experience Maps Documented User Journeys Wireframes for XMT Interactive Prototype for XMT Style guides that align with FWPs brand book ADA compliance verification Work Approach: FWP uses the Agile methodology, Scrum framework for all development projects. This includes daily stand-up meeting, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. FWP uses the Agile methodology, Kanban for all product support. Completion Criteria and Final Acceptance Criteria Completion Criteria FWP staff will approve wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and protypes provided by the contractor. Final Acceptance The Contractor will bill at an hourly rate Project Management: This project will be managed internally by FWPs Project Manager. FWP system documentation is sufficient to not require significant technical research to identify system change and/or interfacing requirements. FWP will make every effort to provide resources to conduct project activities in a timely manner.
