The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, cloud architecture, and best practices for security and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture Design: Develop and maintain cloud architecture that meets business needs while ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Deployment and Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud services using AWS tools like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. Automation: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate deployments. Monitoring and Performance: Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for performance and availability, using tools like AWS CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail. Security: Ensure security best practices are followed, including IAM roles, security groups, and data encryption. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption. Collaboration: Work with development teams to ensure cloud architecture supports application needs and assists in migration strategies. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, processes, and configurations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture principles. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of networking concepts and services within AWS. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
