Information technology, Business Administration or Computer Science certification are good, but technology Experience is best Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects related to procurement, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes. Procurement Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of procurement processes to guide project decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely financial reporting. Change Management: Drive adoption of new procurement systems and processes across the organization, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on procurement-related projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, VLM, etc. ) and IT infrastructure. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
