As a key member of our team, you will manage multiple cross-functional projects, drive technical strategy, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives. You will be instrumental in aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives while leading teams in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, focusing on Partner Cloud solutions, including Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, to enhance partner lifecycle management. Project Management: Lead multiple Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal business stakeholders, partners, and Salesforce consultants to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful deployment. Technical Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Partner Cloud, etc.) to guide technical design, integrations, customizations, and scalability. Solution Architecture: Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design and review scalable, robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business and partner needs. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks, ensuring smooth execution. Agile Methodologies: Lead Agile development teams, driving sprints and ensuring continuous improvement in delivery processes. Partner Cloud Focus: Manage and optimize the Salesforce Partner Cloud ecosystem to improve partner onboarding, deal registration, training, and performance tracking. Change Management: Support the organization in adapting to Salesforce platform updates and ensure the successful transition of new functionalities. KPIs and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track project and partner performance, providing regular updates to leadership. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience managing Salesforce implementations and technical programs, with at least 3+ years focused on Partner Cloud solutions. Extensive experience working with Salesforce Partner Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integrations with third-party applications. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale Salesforce programs in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Program Manager, Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer) are a plus. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the capacity to manage complex, technical challenges. Strong communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
