The role will focus on implementing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem, with an emphasis on Experience Cloud, Education Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, strong communication and collaboration skills, and expertise in integrating third-party applications using platforms like Boomi. What Youll Bring At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. At least 3 years of experience in a Solution Architect role. Proven experience in Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (in order of importance). Experience in the higher education domain (colleges, universities, schools) is required. Strong communication, collaboration, and writing skills. Expertise in Salesforce architecture, with a deep understanding of health checks, security, and data management. Experience integrating other applications with Salesforce, preferably with some exposure to Boomi. Experience in UI/UX application coding, third-party integration, and API management with Experience Cloud (OmniStudio, OmniScripts, Flexcards, LWC). Experience with call center platforms (e.g., Service Cloud, ServiceNow, RightNow). Bonus Points for: Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II. Previous experience in the Higher Education sector. Experience with Boomi for middleware integration.
