Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced System/Business Analyst with a strong background in the public sector and expertise in systems integration involving PeopleSoft and MTA Origami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration architectures that seamlessly connect these systems with third-party administrator tools using APIs. This role requires hands-on experience with integration projects in the public sector and a deep understanding of the business processes within public institutions like the MTA. Key Responsibilities: Integration Architecture Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration architecture to support PeopleSoft, MTA Origami, and other third-party applications. Ensure that the integration design is scalable, secure, and aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate systems like PeopleSoft and MTA Origami using APIs. Define data mapping and transformation rules between systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow. API Development and Configuration: Lead the development, configuration, and testing of APIs for real-time data exchange between systems. Ensure the secure handling of data and compliance with public sector regulations and standards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with public sector stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure that the systems meet business needs. Collaborate with third-party vendors to establish effective communication and data exchange protocols. Project Support: Provide ongoing technical support during the implementation of the integration architecture. Troubleshoot issues, resolve integration challenges, and ensure system performance meets expected standards. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a System/Business Analyst, with a focus on systems integration in the public sector. Proven experience working with systems like PeopleSoft and MTA Origami. Strong understanding of integration architecture design and implementation. Expertise in API development and data mapping between systems. Experience in the public sector, particularly within institutions like MTA or similar government agencies. Familiarity with public sector regulatory requirements and best practices for system integration. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical teams and public sector stakeholders. Desired Skills: Experience with third-party administrator tools and integration processes. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data security in the public sector.
