Role : Jira Admin Location: Chicago Heights ,IL (Onsite) Duration:12+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for front-end configurations, implementing customization, evaluating, implementing and managing plug-ins, integrations, and for being a go-to source for all Jira related questions and tasks SME working with Agile Coaches across the organization to align Jira to our AWOW practices Create training material and standard operating procedure documentation Provide guidance and direction to less experienced Jira Admins Identify, test and recommend new plugins to meet project requirements Install, manage and administer Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions Troubleshoot application issues and add-on integration issues in Jira working with Atlassian support Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve Jira setup and workflows, as well as identify where functionality can/cannot meet user requests Support users by giving guidance to develop advanced filters and queries in Jira for dashboard and report creation Automate manual processes, data migration routines and extract data for reporting and analytics purposes Provide assistance in the management and support of integrations between tools in development landscape, including : Jira, GIT, Miro, Servicenow, Okta.
