| Role: Python Developer with Kubernetes Devops Location: Mclean, VA(Onsite) Position Type: Contract Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements, design automation solutions, and create, test, and maintain dashboard using python. Execute the duties and responsibilities as a member of the Automation Engineer and Migration technologies. Provide technical support to Ops concerning automation solution usage. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments. Update system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs as needed. Solid knowledge of the Python programming language. CSS, HTML and JavaScript or CScript. Proficiency in Python, Shell Scripting and Basic Knowledge of Java. Familiarity with Python Libraries like os, csv, xlrd, beautiful soup, requests, and pandas. Experience in Automating the manual tasks using python and create Dashboards. Good knowledge in API development using flask or django. Good knowledge in databases like SQL and no SQL. Strong experience on Devops CI/CD process and methodologies. Have a development experience Kubernetes and Docker. Hands on experience on Jenkins and Groovy scripting. Have administrative experience on Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence) Ready to take on-call rotation as this role requires support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required 5+ years of Python and Shell Scripting 3 + years of hands-on experience in solution, data, architecture applied to multiple large-scale enterprise systems. 3+ years of AWS Cloud experience working with AWS services EC2, S3, EKS and ECR Keys to Success in this Role: Hardworking and take pride and accountability in your work. Technically strong with hands-on experience. Ability to understand and communicate well with a passion to get the job done. Industry moves fast. Open minded to embrace new technologies.
