Need Local With Local Dl Rate $55/hr c2c Title: Scrum Master Visa: USC, GC Location: Boston, Massachusetts(Hybrid, 3 days in a week) End Client: DCU Project description We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of successfully guiding teams in delivering high-quality products. You will be key in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching team members, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and productivity. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized backlog. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to encourage continuous improvement. Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within the team and with stakeholders. Support the organization in adopting Agile methodologies and promote Agile best practices. Maintain relevant metrics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with other Scrum Masters to coordinate cross-team initiatives. Skills Must have Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience with scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus). Familiarity with software development practices (e.g., DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment). Experience in leading workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies. Background in project management or other Agile roles (e.g., Product Owner). Knowledge of additional frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP) and Agile tools.
