The ideal candidate will leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform development decisions and enhance user experiences. This person will be responsible for planning, conducting, and analyzing user research while translating findings into actionable insights. Qualifications : The candidate should have: * Proven experience in UX research, with a portfolio of research projects. * Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. * Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and user-centered design. * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple research projects at different stages. * Ability to work independently as a contractor and meet deadlines efficiently. Education : * Associates degree in a design or technology field, or equivalent experience. Additional Details : * At least some experience working on a product or interface that was used by a technical persona specifically for a task that is part of or closely related to development is heavily preferred. * Prior experience with secrets management or other data privacy services are a big plus.
