We are seeking a versatile and experienced Scrum Master to lead our Business Intelligence (BI) and Service Software development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in both BI and software development environments. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring both teams adhere to Agile principles. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for both BI and Service Software teams. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlogs and ensure they are well-groomed and prioritized. Coach both teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments to ensure both teams can deliver high-quality solutions. Track and report on team progress and metrics. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within and between the teams and with stakeholders. Support the teams in achieving their goals and meeting project deadlines. Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in both BI and software development environments. Strong understanding of BI tools (Azure Dev Ops, Power BI), data warehousing concepts, and software development lifecycle (preferably with iOS). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and software development practices. Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and microservices. iOS experience.
