Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple teams. You need to initiate programs, monitor their progress, and introduce adjustments to improve process efficiency. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
