| Rate $50/hr on C2C Need candidate with PP No and Local or Nearby candidate only Role: Healthcare Business Analyst Location : Nashville, TN (Need Only Local or Nearby with ID) Job Description Required Qualifications: Ability to translate business needs into documented business and technical requirements. Familiarity with healthcare data exchange concepts and integration standards. Ability to work with non-technical end users to resolve issues through in person, phone, email or web conference. Provide moderate analysis and ad hoc operational reports as requested. Provide graphical representations of how data moves through a system or process, depicting inputs, outputs, and transformations. Coordinate communication and operation reporting efforts between the Case Management and ITG Teams. With direction, present data formally or informally and facilitate discussion regarding data outputs. Managing multiple on-going projects and preparing presentations of findings and recommendations. Enhancing current processes and databases to incorporate additional needs as they arise. Defining and measuring performance indicators that align with business goals and objectives. To address problems effectively, investigate, and determine the underlying causes of problems or issues. Assists in defining data elements and their attributes, helping ensure consistent understanding and usage. Conduct systematic evaluations of documents, deliverables, or designs to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance with standards.
