Certifications Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management ITIL v4 Foundation certification Job Summary: The ServiceNow ITSM Specialist will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet the City of Atlanta's AIM department's specific needs. This role requires deep expertise in ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM best practices. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management) Design and implement ITIL-aligned workflows within ServiceNow Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) Create and optimize reports and dashboards for ITSM processes Conduct process workshops to gather requirements and map current/future state processes Provide guidance on ITIL best practices and ServiceNow capabilities Troubleshoot complex ITSM issues and provide solutions Participate in user acceptance testing and support go-live activities Deliver training to end-users and administrators on ITSM processes and ServiceNow functionality Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation and configuration ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management ITIL v4 Foundation certification Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ITIL v4 Practitioner or higher certification Experience with public sector or government IT environments Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., CMDB, Asset Management) T hanks and Regards, Ramya Sri https://www.linkedin.com/in/ramya-sri-66152a23b/ Email: [email protected] Web: www.canopyone.com -- Keywords: information technology golang Georgia Idaho ServiceNow ITSM Specialist in Atlanta, GA Onsite [email protected] |
