Role: SAP Ariba Administrator Location: Remote Duration: Long term Job Summary: The SAP Ariba Administrator is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP Ariba solutions. This role will support procurement processes, enhance system functionality, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in SAP Ariba, and a solid understanding of procurement practices. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain SAP Ariba modules, including procurement, sourcing, contracts, and supplier management. Configure and customize Ariba solutions to meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues and user inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Implement best practices in procurement processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches. Collaborate with IT and external vendors for integration projects and data management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Ariba Administrator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management. Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules and related technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. SAP certification in Ariba is a plus. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC OF S4/ HANA). Experience with data migration and system upgrades. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services.
