Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (PSM, PMI-ACP). Deep understanding of the banking/financial services industry, regulations, and compliance. Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for tracking progress and managing sprints. Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Ability to work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Ability to coach team members on Agile best practices and foster team productivity. Ability to identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution. Experience coordinating with stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
