As a key contributor to an S/4HANA implementation , you will be responsible for leading the design and development of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution, specifically focused on Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) . This role requires you to manage the ongoing support and development of the solution, ensuring successful integration into the clients business processes. This is a mostly remote position, with occasional travel required to the clients site in Chicago . Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD-Order-to-Cash (OTC). Proven experience working with Retail clients, specifically in Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) and settlement processes within SAP OTC. Successfully completed 2-3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead design sessions, oversee development projects, and guide a team of consultants. Demonstrated ability to handle complex client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Willingness to travel occasionally to Chicago as required by the client. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with large, global retail clients. Expertise in configuring and optimizing SAP SD-OTC and DSD processes for enhanced efficiency. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution, focusing on Direct-Store-Delivery (DSD) and settlement processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of the S/4HANA project. Provide leadership in the ongoing support and development of the SAP SD-OTC solution, addressing the clients evolving business needs. Act as the primary liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of milestones. Support post-go-live activities including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in and occasionally lead client workshops, providing subject matter expertise in SAP SD, OTC, and DSD processes.
