Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Position: ServiceNow Consultant with TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Visa Requirements: GC/USC ONLY Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with experience in Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM) to support Comcast in improving their service operations. This role will involve implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for telecommunication service operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring service excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in TSOM modules, and the ability to design, develop, and implement customized solutions to meet Comcast's operational needs. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow TSOM modules for telecommunications operations. Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions to streamline processes, improve service quality, and reduce operational costs. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools to support the end-to-end service lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations and workflows. Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and implementation. Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows. Ensure the platform is scalable, reliable, and aligned with Comcast's service management strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow TSOM modules and integrations. Required Experience and Skills: ServiceNow Expertise: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform, particularly in Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow TSOM solutions to meet specific operational requirements. Telecommunications Industry Experience: Understanding of the telecommunications service lifecycle, including operations, network management, and service delivery processes. Ability to implement and enhance TSOM processes to improve operational efficiency. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration, including scripting, workflows, and integration with third-party tools. Experience with API integration and data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems. Problem Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing service operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications in ServiceNow modules. Experience in Telecommunications Service Management with large telecom service providers. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work in an iterative, fast-paced environment.
