| Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Position: .NET Full Stack Developer Location: Seattle, WA (3 weeks onsite ,then remote) Required Experience: Full Stack Development: Expertise in building custom, high-scale n-tier applications using object-oriented languages like C# and Java. Ability to utilize appropriate design patterns to create clean, maintainable, and performant code. Experience with cloud technologies and modern architecture practices for building distributed systems. Microsoft Technology Stack: Strong experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including .NET Core, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET. Proficiency with MS SQL and experience in working with Azure Cloud. Front-End Frameworks: Hands-on experience with JavaScript-based frameworks, specifically Angular (version 10+). Experience with other frameworks like React and Svelte is a plus. Familiarity with web components and ensuring accessibility in web applications. Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in working with Azure CI/CD pipelines and maintaining Azure App services. Experience in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps practices, particularly with Azure DevOps tools. Testing & Automation: Strong experience in unit testing and functional test automation (both front-end and back-end). Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) practices and familiarity with Test Data Management tools. Project Leadership & Mentoring: Proven ability to lead technical projects with teams of 3 or more engineers. Experience mentoring engineers and driving code quality using principles like SOLID and modern design patterns.
