| From: Akshit, Stellentit [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Hope you are doing well Role: SAP ISU SEW Test Lead Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid 50% on-site/ 2 weeks on & 2 weeks off) Visa: NO H1B Job description: Position Summary The SAP ISU Smart Energy Water (SEW) Testing Lead will work with product vendor, client, and system integrator to oversee and ensure functioning of SAP ISU SEW implementation. The Lead is responsible for leading various testing procedures on software systems to identify bugs, errors, and other inefficiencies that could impact system functionality. Work with Teams to create testing scenarios, test scripts for all phases. Manage multiple testing cycles, tracking and reporting defects including metrics. Responsibilities Excellent utilities business process knowledge for self-service portal SAP IS-U multi-functional exposure (customer service, device management, financial contract accounting, billing and invoicing) is required Functional experience in SAP IS-U for large project and support team including BPDs, configuration, creation of FS and supporting testing team. Responsible for cohesive SAP integration points to SEW by contributing to the Document of Understanding (DoUs) on client projects Confer routinely with users, management, and SEW technical developers throughout the implementation process to ensure that software solutions meet quality and efficiency standards and deliver the required business value Drive test strategy, detailed planning and execution for the release testing efforts within the SAP implementation Lead the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, and cases in collaboration with the technical team, the SAP value stream teams and the business Organize and collaborate with program teams to understand requirements and design test scenarios Execute tests, report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues within Focus Build in SAP solution Manger Integration, End-to-End, User Acceptance, and performance testing to validate that the Core Applications will meet business requirements (includes testing edge application interfaces) for in-scope services for Provider Provide direction for testers onshore and offshore across all testing cycles ( UT, SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance) Ensure testing data are in place for each testing phases Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing, including driving further adoption of automated testing Provide updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results Provide customer self-service integration leading practices and thought leadership to clients Provide mentorship to test consultants Required Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an SAP Test LEAD in complex, large scale implementations Strong experience within the IS-Utilities industry and Self-Service Accelerator for Utilities (SEW) Minimum of 2 SAP projects with proven ownership of Full end-to-end testing (strategy, detailed planning, resourcing, execution, defect resolution, closeout) In-depth expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams, to drive alignment on test strategy and priorities Expertise in planning and tracking all phases of SAP testing with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines and resource constraints Excellent communication skills with proven leadership abilities in managing test teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure test activities are well-coordinated across teams in a fast-paced environment Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all test cases, documentation, and defect tracking are thorough, accurate, and aligned with project requirements Advanced analytical and problem-solving for resolving complex issues Experience in JIRA, Tricentis Test Management for JIRA, Tricentis TOSCA, Tricentis Neoland, JIRA/Confluence tools Thanks & Regards Akshit Sisonia - Sr. Technical Recruiter Email- [email protected] STELLENT IT A Nationally Recognized Minority Certified Enterprise " Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light ." - JK Rowling Keywords: information technology Utah SAP ISU Smart Energy Water Test Lead :: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid - 50% Onsite) :: NO H1B [email protected] |
