The configuration of pension rules, including eligibility, participation, consolidation, vesting, benefit formulas, and optional forms, is also crucial. Key qualifications include in-depth PeopleSoft HCM and pension administration expertise in pension configuration tables and calculation phases. This includes detailed work with service eligibility, benefit formulas, limits, early retirement factors, and more. Familiarity with retiree payroll, annual actuary valuation reporting, cost-of-living adjustments, and pension loan management is essential.
