The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ETL processes, data integration, and Master Data Management (MDM). Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses. Data Integration: Implement and manage data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems. MDM Implementation: Develop and support MDM solutions to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability. Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability. Data Quality: Ensure high data quality through validation, cleansing, and transformation processes. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows. Support: Provide post-production support and troubleshoot issues as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter. Prioritize ETL experience over MDM and experience working on Informatica PC & IICS Proven experience in data integration and MDM. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Experience with Unix/Linux scripting. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
