From: shivani sharma, tek inspirations [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Principal Project Manager Duration- 6months Remote As a Principal Project Manager, you will take the lead on mid to large-scale client deployments, ensuring each project is completed within scope, on budget, and on time. This role is essential in aligning technology solutions with end-user requirements while efficiently managing risks and resolving challenges. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the strategic alignment of projects to ensure overall success. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of mid to large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project solutions with business needs. Oversee backlog prioritization, feature development, and continuous improvement of Product Ownership best practices. Review current state business processes and UI/UX designs, and work closely with designers to create or update designs that align with business goals. Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature summaries. Manage project roadmaps, prioritize product features, and work with engineering teams to break down user stories into actionable tasks. Serve as the primary point of contact between teams and stakeholders, providing vision and direction for Agile development. Anticipate user needs, perform gap analysis, and ensure alignment of product development with the company's goals. Stay current on Agile/Scrum best practices and industry trends. Key Requirements: U.S. Residency and Prior Government Experience is a must. Proven track record of managing large, complex projects. Experience as a Product Owner and in managing all stages of the product lifecycle. MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical background. Strong knowledge of Agile processes and principles. Outstanding proficiency in documentation, communication, and leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
