Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Telecom Domain Location: Tampa, FL (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on telecom modules and domain. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including configuration, scripting, and integration. Strong understanding of Telecom Service Management (TSM), Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), Telecom Network Inventory (TNI), Service Order Management (SOM), and Customer Order Management (COM). Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
