Lean & Agile Values: Demonstrated experience working in a Lean and Agile environment, fostering cooperation, transparency, and teamwork. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Team Size: 5-15 members.Preferred Skills: Experience with middleware: FTP, OBJEX, MQ, DataStage. Exposure to enterprise integration technologies. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals with minimal supervision.Remote Work Option: Hybrid Role: 2 days on-site preferred.
