Enter and monitor change requests related to issues and resolution. Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and testing for each quarterly releaser new features in each quarterly release. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, security setups, testing and training documents. Establish efficient processes around system deployment and use with a continuous improvement mindset. 4 + years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP Financial applications. Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud is preferred. Demonstrated experience in configuration and support of Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set ups. A desire to expand skillset and collaborate in other areas of the Oracle application platform.
