The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). This role involves implementing, configuring, and maintaining SailPoint solutions to meet the organizations identity governance and compliance needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and custom integrations. Configure and manage SailPoint connectors and integrations with various systems (Active Directory, databases, cloud services, etc.). Assist in the design and implementation of role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows. Perform upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ. Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements and provide identity management solutions. Conduct unit testing and provide technical documentation for system changes. Work on the implementation of access certifications and recertification processes. Support production systems and handle escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation. Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts. Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (REST/SOAP) for customization within SailPoint. Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and SSO technologies. Experience in integrating SailPoint with various cloud services and on-premises applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
