| Hi Tyson, VA-Onsite To be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering the solutionorproduct to the market in collaboration with internal and external (client) teams with a view to generating solution revenue for HCL (1.) To deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization, functional specifications, release plan and product roadmap (2.) To jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product (3.) To execute the product launch by collaborating with various teams for tracking productization, GTM planning and revenue projections and tracking (4.) To enable Opportunities identification either by sourcing them directly from the customer or by proactively understanding their needs (5.) To manage, guide and develop the team Skill/Competency Mandatory/Non-Mandatory Evaluation Focus Minimum Rating (0-5) Agile Methodologies Mandatory Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles. Experience in Agile practices and facilitation. - Scrum Mandatory Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams through Scrum practices. - Kanban Non-Mandatory Understanding of Kanban frameworks and their applications. Scrum Master Certification Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (PSM, PMI-ACP). Banking Knowledge Mandatory Deep understanding of the banking/financial services industry, regulations, and compliance. Agile Project Management Tools Mandatory Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for tracking progress and managing sprints. Product Lifecycle Management Mandatory Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery. Team Collaboration Mandatory Ability to work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Coaching and Mentorship Mandatory Ability to coach team members on Agile best practices and foster team productivity. Problem Solving Mandatory Ability to identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
