Note:No H1B's Required Skills: SailPoint Configuration should be able to develop Adapters, integrate with OFSAA Identify management tools in OCI Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a specific focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Strong experience in SailPoint configuration, including workflows, roles, policies, and certifications. Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its integration with IAM solutions. Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) and its role within the IAM ecosystem. Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and governance. Strong understanding of security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills.
