Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple AI scaling projects from inception to completion. Conduct AI Maturity Assessments to evaluate and enhance AI capabilities within the organization. Integrate AI solutions to streamline operations and boost workplace productivity. Develop and implement strategies for skill development in AI technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Employ Azure DevOps (ADO) for effective project management and tracking. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically with AI projects. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Proven experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
