Role: Scrum Master with Tmobilee exp mandatory Location : Atlanta , GA, Dallas, TX, Kansas City MO (Onsite) Contract on C2C/ W2 Need Scrum master with Java Development background. Must Have Skills Scrum Master: Java : Jira: Agile : Job Description: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Ensure that Agile principles and practices are followed. Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the teams progress. Work to remove any blockers and ensure smooth workflow. Help the team maintain focus on sprint goals. Track sprint progress, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of sprint deliverables. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, promoting best practices, and facilitating process enhancements. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master Proven experience in Agile environments, with Jira. Experience in technical product ownership and requirement management. Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying Java applications in a cloud environment. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure as code.
