They will work closely with ourtelecom team, vendor and business leads to ensure the necessary project tasksare planned, documented and followed to ensure a successful completion of theproject. Be familiar with IT Software, Systems,or Infrastructure projects Be familiar with and communicateinformation on the project management process to the project team Reporting progress and updates to theSupervisor and Leadership Team Lead and implement process improvementinitiatives Risk and issue management Creating, maintaining, storing, andproviding project schedules/deliverables Manage the project and the workperformed under the Project Identify issues, risks and recommendpossible issue and risk mitigation strategies associated with the project. Ensure the work performed under the TaskOrder is within scope, consistent with requirements and delivered on time andon budget. Manage and resolve any risks and issuesthat impact the project. Meet all requirements and deliverablesas required by the manager. Prepare a Project Schedule. The scheduleshall detail the functional units involved, required job tasks, cost andschedule performance measurement, milestone and review scheduling. Manage change control, issues escalationand resolution, schedule, costs, and resources as defined in the ProjectManagement Plan. REQUIRED Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Minimum of 7 years project managementwithin an IT team and has project managed call center solution projectspreferably within a healthcare environment (but not required). 7 to 10 years of Project ManagementExperience Good oral and written communicationskills Strong Executive presence, clear andarticulate communicator, energetic, driven and engaging. Familiarity with Healthcare IT Systemsand Processes Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Excellent project task coordination Healthcare experience a plus Education: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Orlando, FL 32806: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Project Management: 7 years (Preferred) Call center: 2 year (Preferred) License/Certification: PMP (Preferred) Keywords: information technology |
