| Job Title: IT Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst Location: 2 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46204 (Local) Work Arrangement: Preferred Hybrid, 3 days onsite Duration: Long Term Job Overview: The IT Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst will manage and execute projects while also analyzing business processes to recommend and implement improvements. This role is centered on a Vital Records project aimed at enhancing productivity and documenting system processes for future enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in both project management and business analysis, driving projects to completion while optimizing business operations. This position requires an individual who can effectively communicate between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring that business objectives are met. The candidate must be capable of providing technical leadership, learning diverse system functionalities, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state solutions, guiding implementation. Lead requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Independently manage assigned projects to ensure outcomes align with customer expectations. Troubleshoot technical issues, working collaboratively with teams to implement solutions. Coordinate with internal resources and stakeholders for seamless project execution. Manage vendor/service provider relationships, ensuring they meet project commitments. Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders, leading project meetings and updates. Serve as the technical lead on assigned projects and tasks. Conduct detailed business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and automation. Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure, adhering to budget, scope, and schedule constraints. Provide regular project status updates, highlighting project health, risks, and issues. Handle project scope changes, documenting and securing stakeholder approval. Develop and maintain project schedules, documentation, and reports. Collaborate across teams to ensure the success of IT systems and workflows. Support QA and UAT planning and execution, ensuring quality in project deliverables. Prioritize projects and address immediate technical needs as they arise. Desired Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in project management/business analysis or a related field. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Experience in leading small to medium IT projects, motivating teams, and managing interdepartmental initiatives. Capable of performing gap analysis, needs assessments, and building user stories and use cases. Expertise in managing vendor relationships and partnerships. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. Proven ability to work across teams, communicate clearly, and drive projects to successful completion. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience in healthcare enterprise systems and understanding both business and technical perspectives. Knowledge of COTS-based providers is highly desirable. Experience with test case development, QA, and UAT processes. Ability to prioritize competing projects, manage time effectively, and adapt to change. Skills Required: Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
